“Collaborative, compassionate care tailored to your unique mental health journey.”

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with doctoral-level training and a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. My approach to mental health care goes beyond symptom management—I focus on helping you feel like yourself again.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment, recognizing that no two individuals experience mental health the same way. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a sustainable sense of wellness. I believe effective treatment combines thoughtful medication management with a broader wellness approach. I integrate evidence-based psychopharmacology with holistic strategies—such as lifestyle strategies, stress management, and behavioral interventions—to support long-term mental wellness and resilience.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of conditions including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use concerns. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your care.

I value building strong, trusting relationships with my patients. I take time to listen, understand your unique experiences, and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

If you’ve been struggling with your mental health and feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just simply not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
